RALLY BOOKING INFORMATION

PLEASE READ THIS INFORMATION CAREFULLY AND SEND RALLY FORMS AND PAYMENT, IF APPLICABLE AND UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED, TO CAROLINE FRANK, BENNETS WOOD HOUSE, SOUTHRIDGE, STREATLEY, RG8 9ST. Caroline should also be contacted for times unless otherwise stated. Some rallies have no specific time, e-mails are sent outprior to the rally - if you do not have access to e-mail you will need to phone for times. Cheques for all rallies booked through Caroline Frank should be made payable to South Berks Pony Club.

A MOUNTED RALLY is an instruction session and will include flatwork and possibly some jumping. These rallies will be geared to achieving the riding standard required for the test aimed for.

SENIOR RALLIES - These are for those who were eligible for the last Intermediate Camp i.e. age 11 on 1st July of that year.

JUNIOR RALLIES - These are for those who are not eligible for Senior Rallies but that are reasonalby confident off the lead rein, able to canter and willing to tackle a small jump.

MINI RALLIES - These are for very young children or children still on the lead rein.

All rallies must be pre-booked using the booking form. Please do not just turn up on the day.

HORSE & PONY CARE/STABLE MANAGEMENT (HPC) RALLIES will cover specific subjects geared to Pony Club tests and will be organised by Megan Fletcher in the lead up to any planned tests.

CROSS COUNTRY TRAINING - are for those confident in wide open spaces on their own. MEDICAL ARMBANDS ARE MANDATORY

NOVICE SHOWJUMPING WITH MEGAN FLETCHER for those jumping 2'3" to 2'9". Please book directly with Megan

INTERMEDIATE SHOWJUMPING for those jumping 2'9" Book via the Rally booking forms with Caroline Frank

SENIOR SHOWJUMPING for those jumping 3'0" up and preparing for Open Area level next year and should be pre-booked via the Rally Booking forms with Caroline Frank

AREA TEAMS - To qualify to represent an Area Team, you must have attended at least three Mounted/Working Rallies since 1st July 2007, with at least one after 1 January 2008. Qualifying rallies are typed in BOLD, asterisked (*) and shaded on your rally list, so keep an eye out for these. Subs must be paid by 31 January of the year in which the area competition falls. If subs are not paid by this date, you may not attend any rallies and your insurance is no longer valid.

UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED, PLEASE BOOK RALLIES WITH BOOKING FORM AND SEND WITH PAYMENT TO CAROLINE FRANK, BENNETS WOOD HOUSE, SOUTHRIDGE, STREATLEY, RG8 9ST Cheques payable to South Berks Pony Club - Please send a different cheque for each Rally, so that if a rally is cancelled the cheque can be torn up. Please ensure that you sign both disclaimer boxes, or your rally booking will be invalid.

If booking either by email or enquiring by telephone, a place will not be confirmed until the booking form has been received, together with payment. Please try not to phone after 9pm.

If you have booked your child into a Rally or Training Session, which they are unable to attend, please DO NOT substitute another child without first checking with the rally organiser.
