South Berks Area Qualifier Results

Eventing - We had some great results in the Area Eventing competition on 20th July - Jessie Webster (Open) came 4th in her arena, and
qualified for the Open Area Eventing Championships at Draycott Manor. Victoria Dance (Intermediate) gave a great performance and came 1st in her arena, also
qualifying for a place in the Championships at Draycott Manor. The Novice team of Katrina Harris, Rhia Honey, Alice White and Holly Carter came 2nd, which means that
they qualify for the Novice Championships in Cheshire.
Dressage - The Open team of Georgie Frank, Grace Bovill, Victoria Dance and Courtenay Argyle came 5th n what was a very hotly contested competition
with just 1 point between the 2nd and 5th teams! In the Intermediate competition Annaliese Turnbull and Alice White were both 6th in their arenas, and at
the Novice level Rebecca James came 4th
Show JumpingThe Open team of Hannah Turnbull, Georgie Frank and Scarlett Harter came 3rd, which is South Berks best show jumping result for
years, Georgie Frank completed one of the few double clears in the competition and got into the jump off - she did brilliantly to come 4th, and narrowly missed
qualifying for the Championships. Our Mini Team of Charlie Pike Jones, Hannah Webber, Katie Mills and Abby Faulkner had a great day and came 4th after their jump off
Well done to all the other competitors (too numerous to mention everyones name!) who all worked hard over the year and represented us at the Area Qualifiers
- You all did so well and were a credit to the South Berks - we hope that we will see you, and lots of newcomers as well, at next years competitions.
***Good Luck to all those who qualified for the Championships***
