NEWS More good news from our Show Jumpers! Once again we had some fantastic results at the Vine Pony Club Show Jumping competition at Sparsholt College last Saturday. In Class 1 which was a twisty course the team of Morgan Bradford 1st Ind, Mayan Northway Young 2nd Ind, and Emily Winter 3rd Ind standing in for Storm Ryan who could not make it due to being poorly, and also the team came 1st, so fantastic result for South Berks. In Class 2 The Pair of Morgan and Emily were 3rd. In Class 4 the Pair of Katie Mills and girl called Hope who Katie joined up with there came 3rd. Unfortunately Megan could not make it. In Class 5 The 1m course consisted of 14 jumps, it was long and twisty with corners which came up very quickly making it hard to keep balance and rhythm. but Katie Mills jumped a great double clear and came 6th individually and.... Over Easter Nora Shields and Bobby went to the National Showjumping Winter League Finals at Cricklands and collected a First, two Fourths and a Seventh out of a class of 65 and came away with the Gold Medal for the 10 and Unders. The awards were made by David Broome and a grand time was had by all.
