We are looking for some volunteers to help both on the day and to set up the day before. No need to worry if you are not experienced as there will be plenty of supervision and assistance and lots of simple jobs to do as well as those requiring more specialist knowledge. We really do rely on volunteers to put the competitions on and we are grateful for all help received, this event is also ideal for those Mums or Dads (or grandparents) who perhaps prefer tasks not involved with horses or like a nice (warm) indoor job, such as swim lane marshalling or target collection. There really is something for everyone, all funds raised are channelled back into the Club to help with training, subsidy of rallies etc and all helpers are entered into a prize draw with lovely prizes which will be drawn at the AGM. We also like to look after our helpers on the day, with breakfast (for the early starters), lunch and cake/drinks throughout the day.
